Plastic
Linings
Fluoropolymer and thermoplastic barriers for extreme environments — where rubber can't go. PFA, PTFE, PVDF, PP, and PE by rotolining, loose lining, and welded sheet.
When the chemistry goes beyond rubber
Plastic linings protect where rubber can't — concentrated acids, solvents, fluorine compounds, and ultra-high temperatures. Fluoropolymers handle virtually the entire chemical spectrum up to 260°C.
We offer: rotolining (seamless PFA/ETFE), loose-lined PTFE, and welded thermoplastic sheet (PP, PE, PVDF).
Applied to equipment we've designed and fabricated in-house — vessel geometry optimised for liner installation.
Rotolining creates a seamless, stress-free fluoropolymer barrier — no welds, no joints, no weak points.
Seamless Protection
Six systems for the full chemical spectrum
Each system serves specific equipment types and environments.
PFA Rotolining
Seamless fluoropolymer by rotational moulding. One continuous barrier — handles virtually all chemicals.
PTFE Loose Lining
PTFE sheet fastened to steel. For large vessels and columns where rotolining isn't practical.
PP/PE Welded Sheet
Cost-effective for mineral acid environments where fluoropolymers aren't required.
ECTFE/ETFE Lining
ECTFE (Halar) and ETFE for combined chemical and temperature resistance.
