Heavy equipment,
installed by the team that built it.

Lifting, placing, aligning, and welding process equipment and structural steel. Crews work from the same drawings the design office issued and the shop floor fabricated from.

Overview

Where drawings meet reality

Erection is where drawings meet reality. Our crews install vessels, columns, reactors, and structural steel across greenfield sites and operating plants, working to the same 3D model, the same weld procedures, and the same quality plan as the fabrication shop.

The scope runs the full range. At the largest, we build out complete plants as integrated turnkey packages: equipment, structures, piping, and utilities erected and commissioned by one team. At the smallest, we mobilise a crew for a single mechanical repair. Most projects sit somewhere in between, and the same engineering depth stands behind all of them.

Because the erection team sits inside the same company as engineering and manufacturing, questions raised at site are answered by the people who designed and built the equipment. Alignment issues are resolved with a phone call, not a claim.

How We Work

From mobilisation to handover

Every erection job, from a single mechanical repair to a full plant build-out, follows the same disciplined sequence.

One Team
Design through commissioning
01
Site Mobilisation
Crew, cranes, and welding equipment mobilised to site; work method statements and lift plans reviewed against site conditions.
02
Foundation & Layout Verification
Foundations, anchor bolts, and baseplates checked against the as-built drawings before any equipment is set.
03
Lifting & Placement
Vessels, columns, reactors, and structural steel lifted, placed, and aligned to the tolerances the design calls for.
04
Welding & NDE
Field welds completed to ASME Section IX qualified procedures, with non-destructive examination on every critical joint.
ASME IXNDE
05
Mechanical Completion & Handover
Alignment records, weld maps, and material certificates compiled into the handover dossier alongside the equipment itself.
