What We Do

Every pipe knows where it's going

Piping design at Jasmino starts in the same 3D model as the process and equipment design — SP3D. Piping routes are designed with full awareness of equipment nozzle locations, structural steel, cable trays, and access requirements.

Our piping stress engineers use CAESAR II for static and dynamic analysis, ensuring every line meets code requirements for thermal expansion, weight, wind, and seismic loading.

Because we fabricate our own pipe spools, the isometrics extracted from our 3D model go directly to our shop floor. Material take-offs are auto-generated — no spreadsheet errors, no manual re-entry.

The same model that generates the isometric also generates the shop cutting list. That's integration.
